I'm Lily, a mum of three who’s lived through the chaos, the comebacks, and the countless "this time for real" moments of getting sober.

There were years when I couldn’t answer the door without panicking, and I’d cross the street to avoid people I knew. I’ve been through detoxes, relapses, shortcuts, and every self-help trick in the book — and what I learned, the hard way, is this: sobriety sticks when you stop doing it alone.

Peachy AF was born from that truth. I didn’t set out to start a community — I just wanted to feel better and surround myself with people who were trying too. But over time, it became clear: we all heal faster when we feel seen, supported, and a bit less judged.

Now, I get a proper buzz from watching people glow up in sobriety — finding their spark, their confidence, their people. I run meetings, host retreats and walks, and try to show up every day as someone who’s still learning, still growing, and still cheering loudly for anyone trying to do the same.

Meet Sharon, our fabulous Peachy Pro Coach, who brings a treasure trove of qualifications and, more importantly, life experience to the table! With over a decade of sobriety under her belt—after countless detoxes and restarts—she knows the ins and outs of the recovery journey like no one else. Founder of Back on Track Recovery, Sharon generously volunteers her time to offer support meetings for our lovely peaches, sharing her wisdom and encouragement.

She offers a complimentary 30-minute consultation for one-on-one coaching, creating bespoke packages tailored just for you.
